Business & Corporate: Fraudulent or Exaggerated Accident Claims

Quite often when injuries are sustained as a result of an accident the injuries can be exaggerated and the way and manner in which the injuries were sustained is not always reported and recorded accurately.

Our experience in dealing with injury claims is such that we are able to carry out the relevant investigations, identify the circumstance under which injuries were sustained and obtain corroborating evidence.

Carrying out surveillance on the injured person to ascertain the scale of injuries received is often an enlightening experience.

It is normally the situation where the Claimant claims that they are unable to carry out certain activities as a result of injuries received but our surveillance often provides evidence to the contrary. This evidence is also presented in a format, which can be used as evidence, and our operatives are experienced in attending court and giving this evidence.
