We have a network of agents who can serve any form of process, at any time, anywhere in the United Kingdom and in almost every country of the world.
The vast majority of our work is on a fixed-fee basis but we can never guarantee the service of a process; some people will not want to be located or will deny their identity. We know every “ruse” in the book, and we will not walk away without using every acceptable method of trying to locate the individual or company and serve the process for you, our client.
We will at all times keep the client updated on those occasions where service is proving difficult to effect, for whatever reason, or where any additional costs are likely to be incurred.
Our process servers are trained to serve legal documents in cases of high risk, for example, on persons with a reputation for being violent or where the place of service may carry a high risk, for example on travellers at a place where several are gathered, and we assess the risk before any such service; in these cases, we would ask our clients to notify us of any risks to our staff that they are aware of.
