Personal Injury Surveillance
The Dukeries Group have been established since 1972 and have over 40 years of experience in dealing with defendant personal injury services, we are instructed on a regular basis by defendant Personal Injury Solicitors. Teams are made up depending on the instruction and the circumstances that we face. Within the team they will be individuals from different backgrounds such as; Special forces, desk researchers, surveillance specialists and a team leader to oversee the operation.
We have a full time qualified trainer working from our head office, who puts together materials and tasks for team leaders to train their operatives and keep them up to date.
With times moving on, personal injury claimants have come more aware of surveillance and techniques that might be used.
Quite often when injuries are sustained as a result of an accident the injuries can be exaggerated and the way and manner in which the injuries were sustained is not always reported and recorded accurately.
Our experience in dealing with injury claims is such that we are able to carry out the relevant investigations, identify the circumstance under which injuries were sustained and obtain corroborating evidence.
Carrying out surveillance on the injured person to ascertain the scale of injuries received is often an enlightening experience.
It is normally the situation where the Claimant claims that they are unable to carry out certain activities as a result of injuries received but our surveillance often provides evidence to the contrary. This evidence is also presented in a format, which can be used as evidence, and our operatives are experienced in attending court and giving this evidence.
